Once you have connected your MRI Qube account with Inventory Base, the following settings will need to be configured.

Property Import Settings

Import settings allow you to choose which properties to sync between the system along with additional ways to manage the integration.

Import properties/contacts from MRI Qube on daily basis

Import Properties and Contact (i.e. tenant information) from Qube to Inventory Base by toggling the on or off button.

Excluded property types

As a systems default, we will import all property type, however, we provide you with the ability to choose which of the property types to exclude from the integration.

Click on the down arrow next to the exclude property type option and choose from the property types listed.

Excluded property statuses

Similarly, we give you the ability to exclude certain property statuses. Choose from the drop down options and select the 'x' next to the status option if selected in error.

Sync report PDF's

Sync a PDF version of completed inspections from Inventory Base to Qube, by enabling the synce report PDF option.

Group report pdfs by client folder

Choose to group the PDF reports by client folder or as a default in the post PDF to the documents folder associated with the tenant.

With the settings and requirements selected, go ahead and save to continue.

Sync Properties

Start the initial sync between the two systems, by selecting the Sync Properties Button:

Click on the Sync Properties button, which will open up the below window.

The properties will import from Qube to Inventory Base. Once all properties have successfully imported, you will see the below confirmation screen.

Sync Contacts

Click on the Sync Contacts button.

The system will retrieve contact or tenant information from Qube and associate them with the property or unit in Inventory Base for ease of use when scheduling or conducting inspections.

Syncing Properties and Contacts from MRI Qube to Inventory Base may take a while, depending on the size of your Qube database.

Our recommendation for the initial data sync, would be to start the sync late in the afternoon and allow it to run for as long as needed.
