The MRI Qube integration connects Inventory Base directly with your MRI Qube property management system, allowing key property and inspection information to flow seamlessly between the two platforms.
Once connected, properties and related data from MRI Qube can be used to create and manage inspections in Inventory Base, reducing the need for manual data entry and helping ensure your inspection data stays accurate and up to date.
This integration is designed to support smoother workflows for teams managing inspections alongside their existing MRI Qube processes.
Getting Connected
ℹ️ To set up your MRI Qube integration, you’ll need to contact the MRI Qube team to obtain the correct connection information. The required details depend on which integration option you’re using.
1. Navigate to the Settings tab on your online dashboard and click on the Integrations tab.
Scroll down the list, and you will see two MRI Qube options.
Legacy vs REST
2. Inventory Base offers two ways to connect with MRI Qube. The option you choose determines how data is exchanged between the systems.
1. MRI Qube Legacy (SOAP API)
1. MRI Qube Legacy (SOAP API)
This is the original integration method and uses MRI Qube’s SOAP API. It is supported for existing connections but is no longer the recommended option for new setups.
You’ll need the following:
Qube Instance
Username
Password
2. MRI Qube (REST API – Recommended)

This is the latest integration option and uses MRI Qube’s REST API. It provides a more modern, reliable connection and is recommended for all new integrations.
You’ll need the following:
Qube Instance
Qube API Prefix
Client ID
Client Secret
Scope
⚠️ Make sure you have all required details before starting the connection process to avoid setup delays.
3. Insert the required information and click Connect to get started.
4. Click on the Settings button to configure the data that syncs between Inventory Base and MRI Qube.
