Street.co.uk: Property and Inspection Sync Settings

Choose which Street.co.uk properties and inspections import into Inventory Base, set daily syncing, apply filters and run a manual sync when needed.

Once Street.co.uk is connected, you can control which properties and inspections are imported into Inventory Base.

Your selected categories, statuses, branches and service levels determine which Street.co.uk records are included in future syncs.

Before You Start


Before changing your sync settings:

  • Make sure the Street integration shows as Connected

  • Review which Street.co.uk branches and records you want to import

  • Check that the relevant information is available and up to date in Street.co.uk

To find the settings, go to Settings > Integrations and locate the connected Street integration.

What Property Information Is Imported?


Depending on the information available in Street.co.uk, the property sync can import:

The property address as held in Street.co.uk

Location

Latitude and longitude, where available

Property details

Property type, floor or plot area, bedrooms and bathrooms

Property notes

Tenure, service charge and shared ownership notes

Property contacts

Owners, landlords and tenants, according to your contact import settings

Custom fields

Supported Street.co.uk property information may be available for use in custom fields

How Street.co.uk Inspections Import


When an inspection imports from Street.co.uk:

  • It is linked to the relevant property

  • It is created as a standalone inspection in Inventory Base

  • The Street.co.uk inspection date is used where available

  • If there is no inspection date, the due date is used instead

  • Inspector details can also be imported

Manual Sync Options


Use the manual sync buttons when you want to import eligible records without waiting for the next automatic sync.

Starts a property sync using your current property filters

Sync inspections

Starts an inspection sync using your current inspection filters

Your selected categories, statuses, service levels and branches still apply when you run a manual sync.

Daily Sync Settings


Turn on the setting for each type of information you want to sync automatically.

Automatically syncs eligible properties from Street.co.uk once per day

Sync Inspections Daily

Automatically syncs eligible inspections from Street.co.uk once per day

ℹ️ You can still use the manual sync buttons while daily syncing is enabled.

Category


Use Category to choose which part of your Street.co.uk account should sync.

The available options include:

  • Sales

  • Lettings

  • Sales & Lettings

ℹ️ Notes

  • Only properties within the selected category can import into Inventory Base.

  • Make sure the category matches where the relevant properties are managed in Street.co.uk.

Property Status


Use Status to choose which Street.co.uk property statuses are eligible for syncing.

Examples include:

  • Let

  • To Let

  • Let Agreed

  • For Sale

  • Under Offer

  • Completed

  • Withdrawn Lettings

ℹ️ Notes

  • Only properties with a selected status will import.

  • You must select at least one property status before properties can sync.

Inspection Status


Use Inspection Status to choose which Street.co.uk inspections can import.

The available statuses include:

  • Overdue

  • Booked

  • Incomplete

  • Cancelled

  • Completed

  • Need to Book

  • Unconfirmed

ℹ️ Notes

  • Only inspections with a selected status will import.

  • You must select at least one inspection status before inspections can sync.

Service Level Type


Use Service Level Type to control which managed properties are included.

The available options include:

  • Fully Managed

  • Let Only

  • Rent Collection

  • Other

ℹ️ Notes

  • Only properties matching your selected service level types will sync.

  • This setting applies to the service level linked to the relevant active tenancy in Street.co.uk.

Branch Selection


Branch selection is useful for multi-branch agencies that only want to import records from specific Street.co.uk branches.

Select Select Branches, then choose the branches you want to include.

  • Only selected branches will import properties and inspections

  • If no branches are selected, the integration will sync all branches

⚠️ If Select Branches is not available in your settings, contact the Inventory Base Support Team.

Changing Your Filters


If you change your category, status, service level or branch settings, future syncs will follow the new selection.

Records that no longer meet your selected criteria will not continue syncing.

After changing your filters, use Sync properties or Sync inspections to run a new manual sync.

What To Check If Properties Do Not Sync


Check that:

  • The Street integration shows as Connected

  • The correct Category is selected

  • At least one property Status is selected

  • The correct Service Level Type is selected

  • The correct branches are selected

  • Sync Properties Daily is on, or you have selected Sync properties

If only some properties are missing, compare their Street.co.uk category, status, service level and branch with your selected filters.

What To Check If Inspections Do Not Sync


Check that:

  • The Street integration shows as Connected

  • At least one Inspection Status is selected

  • The inspection matches one of your selected statuses

  • The related property is included by your property filters

  • The correct branch is selected

  • Sync Inspections Daily is on, or you have selected Sync inspections

After making changes, run another manual inspection sync.
