Before You Start
Before checking or using the iAmProperty integration, make sure:
You have permission to access Settings in Inventory Base.
Your Inventory Base account has access to the iAmProperty integration.
Your iAmProperty account and branches are already set up.
You know which iAmProperty branches should sync with Inventory Base.
ℹ️ If you cannot see the iAmProperty integration available, please contact our support team to enable this for you.
Getting Connected
Log in to Inventory Base.
Go to Settings.
Find the iAmProperty integration.
Click on Connect iAmProperty.
Paste in your Integration Key and Secret Key into the fields.
Complete your connection.
ℹ️ Important
iAmProperty (VT Openview) credentials are issued per agency by the iAmProperty integrations team.
Email integrations@iamproperty.com to request your Integration Key and Secret Key.
How To Check If iAmProperty Is Connected
When the integration is connected, the iAmProperty section will show a Connected status.
You will also see a Disconnect iAmProperty button.
This means Inventory Base has an active connection with iAmProperty.
Available iAmProperty Options
Once connected, you may see the following options:

Settings | Opens the iAmProperty sync settings. |
Sync Properties | Pulls property information from iAmProperty into Inventory Base. |
Sync Viewings | Pulls iAmProperty viewings into Inventory Base as inspections. |
Disconnect iAmProperty | Disconnects the iAmProperty integration from Inventory Base. |
