Assigning a Default Clerk to a Property

Assign a specific clerk to your property, making it easier to control the workflow of that property.

Adding a default clerk to a property allows you to automatically assign them when creating inspections or property schedules. Any inspections that are left unassigned will also be automatically assigned to the default clerk, streamlining the process and ensuring consistency.


1. Navigate to the Properties tab at the top of your online dashboard, and click on Add New Property:

2. You will see an option for Default Clerk. Select the user you want to assign as the default clerk for this property:

3. The default Clerk will be automatically be assigned to inspections created for this property:
