The Street.co.uk integration allows you to import essential property and contact data into Inventory Base, while also sending completed inspection reports back to Street automatically.

This helps reduce manual data entry, maintain consistency across platforms, and streamline your workflow.

Capabilities

Street → Inventory Base

  • Sync properties

  • Sync inspections

  • Sync contacts (tenants, landlords, other stakeholders)

  • Extract property custom field data

  • Filter imported properties by service level type

  • Control which branches sync

  • Control which contact statuses are imported

Inventory Base → Street

  • Automatically upload completed PDF reports to the Documents folder in Street (when inspection is marked as Complete)

  • Inspection available on the Street property as a publicly accessible URL

🚀 Future improvements

  • Sync actions and work orders

How does it work?

The integration pulls key property data from Street into Inventory Base, including:

  • Address

  • Property type

  • Detachment details

  • Bedrooms and bathrooms

  • Tenure notes

  • Service charge notes

Configuring Settings

Below is a breakdown of the available settings and what each one controls.

Manual Data Sync

  • Sync Properties: Manually trigger a property sync from Street.

  • Sync Inspections: Manually trigger an inspection sync from Street.

Automatic Data Sync

  • Sync Properties Daily: When enabled, properties will automatically sync from Street once per day.

  • Sync Inspections Daily: When enabled, inspections will automatically sync once per day.

  • Upload Report Deliverable: When enabled, completed inspection reports (PDF) will automatically upload back to Street as Property Documents.

  • Category: Select which Street category should be synced (e.g., Lettings). Only properties within the selected category will import.

Branch Selection

This is particularly useful for multi-branch agencies who want to control data at branch level.

Please contact our support team to enable the branch option for your account.

You can select which Street branches to sync from:

  • Only selected branches will import properties and inspections.

  • If all branches are deselected, the system will default to syncing all branches.

Property Status

Choose which Street property statuses are eligible for syncing.

Only properties with selected statuses (e.g., Let, To Let, Let Agreed, etc.) will import into Inventory Base.

This helps prevent inactive or irrelevant properties from syncing.

Inspection Status

Select which Street inspection statuses should sync. Only inspections with selected statuses will import.

For example:

  • Booked

  • Completed

  • Cancelled

  • Overdue

Service Level Type

Only properties matching the selected service level types will sync.

This provides greater control over which managed properties are brought into Inventory Base.

Select the service level types linked to active tenancies that you would like to import from Street.

Contact / Landlord Import Settings

These settings control how Contacts (e.g., Tenants) and Landlords are created in Inventory Base when synced from Street.

Setting

What It Does

Deliver completed report

Sends the contact a copy of the completed inspection report.

Notify of appointment date

Notifies the contact of the scheduled appointment date and any changes made to it.

Pre-fill signature details

Requires the contact’s signature on the completed report and sends them an email with the report to sign.

Receive SMS

Sends an SMS notification of the appointment date and any updates or changes.

Include Current

Imports the current contacts or landlords associated with the tenancy.

Include Previous

Imports previous contacts or landlords associated with the tenancy.

Important Notes

  • If filters (status, service level, branch) are changed after syncing, future syncs will follow the new configuration.

  • Properties that no longer meet your selected criteria will not continue syncing.

  • If you experience missing data, check your branch selection, status filters and service level type settings first.
