What is a Magic Link?
A Magic Link allows you to log in without entering a password.
Instead of typing your login details, Inventory Base sends a secure, one-time link directly to your email. Clicking the link logs you in instantly.

How to Log In Using a Magic Link
1. Go to my.inventorybase.com, enter the email you use for your account, and click Login.
2. You will see two choices:
Email me a login link – sends a magic link to your inbox
Login with password – allows you to enter your existing password
ℹ️ Need to reset your password instead?
Visit: https://my.inventorybase.com/forgot
3. After selecting Email me a login link, you’ll see a message confirming that the link has been sent.
4. Look for an email from Inventory Base with the subject: “Login Link”
5. Open the email and click Login. You’ll be taken directly into your Inventory Base account.
