The Inventory Base trial period lets you explore all our features for free for 14 days, giving you the chance to see how our platform can improve your inventory management. You can test everything without any commitment, and if you decide to continue, it’s easy to upgrade your account.
Getting Started
To begin, visit our website and click on the Free Trial button. Fill in the necessary information to create your account. You’ll receive a confirmation email—be sure to check your Junk/Spam boxes too!
Logging In
Once your account is set up, log in using your email and password. If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password? link to reset it.
Watermarks on Reports
During the trial period, all reports generated will have a watermark that says DRAFT.
If you’d like to remove this watermark, you will need to end your trial and sign up for a paid subscription.
💡 Entering your debit or credit card information will not charge you until your trial expires.
Please contact your account manager OR our support team if you have any need assistance with signing up to your subscription.
Managing Your Account
Your free trial lasts for 14 days. On day 12, we’ll send you an email reminder about the end of your trial, giving you the opportunity to decide whether to continue using Inventory Base.
If you decide to continue using Inventory Base, you’ll need to enter your payment information before your trial ends.
1. Hover over your name in the top right corner of the dashboard. Click on Billing from the dropdown menu:
2. You will be redirected to the Billing Page where you can enter your card details OR your Direct Debit details:
What Happens If You Don’t Enter Payment Information?
If you choose not to enter your payment details, your trial will end on the 14th day, and your account will close. After some time, your account will be deleted.
💡 If you do not wish to continue with Inventory Base, no action is needed.
