If you are not able to log into your account because you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Go to the InventoryBase login page, and click on the Forgot Password option.
2. Enter the email address associated with your InventoryBase account.
3. You will receive a password reset email. Open the email and follow the instructions provided.
4. Click on the password reset link and set a new password to regain access to your account.

What to Do When Your Password Reset Link Expires
If your reset link has expired, you can request a new one by:
Returning to the InventoryBase login page.
Re-clicking the "Forgot Password" option to request another password reset email.
Following the same process to create a new password using the updated link.
