Simplify your inspection management by automatically incrementing inspection references with each subsequent inspection. For example, if your last inspection was labeled "ABC001," the next one will automatically be labeled "ABC002," streamlining your workflow and ensuring each inspection is uniquely identified.

โœ๏ธ How to Enable Auto-Incrementing Inspection References

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab at the top of your online dashboard >> under the 'General' settings tab:

  2. Scroll down to the 'Inspections Settings' area and you will see the 'Auto Increment Reference' tab:

  3. Toggle the Auto Increment Reference to 'ON':

4. Once you have created your inspection, add your initial reference in the 'Reference' field on the info page of the inspection.

Example: TEST001

Once you type in your reference, you will see the 'Reference Saved' banner appear.

5. Thereafter, the very next inspection you create will automatically continue with reference incrementation.

Example: TEST002

๐Ÿ’ก The auto increment reference will automatically continue the referencing on each new inspection created on your account; not per property.
