Our new Review Settings feature gives you the ability to switch on the Review option for all inspections or specific inspections. This will allow the Manager(s) and/or Admin(s) on your account to review the work done on the inspection and provide feedback and guidance to your team so that the best quality is sent out to all parties. Once the team is happy with the reviewed inspection, it can then be marked as 'Complete' and be sent to all relevant parties.
The ability to switch the Review option for your team members is still available, and this new Review Settings gives you the chance to enable/disable the Review state for selected inspections.
How to enable the Review option on ALL reports:
Navigate to your Settings tab on your online dashboard > Click on 'Reports' > scroll to the bottom and click on 'Advanced Settings'.

On your online dashboard, navigate to the info page of the inspection that you want to enable/disable the Review option for > click on 'Settings' on the inspection:

3. Once enabled, you will see the option to move the inspection into Review:

Click on the Inspections tab at the top of your online dashboard >> use the filter options on the left side panel to pull up the Active inspections you want to move.
Use the blue Select button to select the inspections:
3. Once you have selected your inspections, select the Submit for review option in the dropdown list:
All Active inspections that were selected will then move into the Review state.
