Integrating InventoryBase with Arthur

Connect Inventory Base with Arthur to sync properties, clients, and actions automatically. Upload completed report PDFs and actions as tasks directly to Arthur for seamless property management.

The Arthur integration allows you to connect your Inventory Base account with your Arthur property management system. Once integrated, you can streamline property data, sync inspection reports, and automate workflow between both platforms.

With this integration, you can:

  • Import properties directly from Arthur.

  • Create, assign, and tag corresponding properties and clients using remote IDs.

  • Automatically sync actions from inspections as Tasks in Arthur.

  • Upload report PDFs to the corresponding Property, Unit, or Tenancy in Arthur.

  • Choose when to post actions โ€” on completion or closure of reports.

  1. Navigate to your Integrations Settings

    • Go to Settings โ†’ Integrations from your Inventory Base dashboard.

    • Scroll down until you find Arthur in the list.

2. Connect Your Arthur Account

  • Click Connect Arthur.

  • Youโ€™ll be prompted to enter your Arthur Entity ID.

  • Once entered, click Connect.

3. Authorise Access

  • Sign in to your Arthur account when prompted.

  • Click Allow to give Inventory Base permission to access your Arthur data.

4. Enable Sync Options

  • After connecting, return to your Integrations page.

  • Under the Arthur section, you can:

    Enable Sync Properties. This allows for a daily sync of properties from Arthur into Inventory Base.

    Choose whether to Post Actions when inspections are Completed or Closed.

    Turn on PDF Uploading to automatically attach report PDFs to the relevant property/unit/tenancy in Arthur.

5. Sync Your Properties

  • Click Sync Properties to import your Arthur data into Inventory Base. Once synced, linked properties and clients will carry their Arthur remote IDs for easy tracking.
