Integrating InventoryBase with Arthur

Sync your InventoryBase account to your Arthur Property Management account.

With the Arthur integration, you will be able to:

  • Option to import properties from Arthur

  • Create/assign and tag (remote ID) corresponding properties

  • Create/assign and tag corresponding clients

  • Option to sync Actions to 'Issues'


How to set up your Arthur integration from your InventoryBase web dashboard:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab > click on Integrations and scroll down the list to the Arthur integration:

2. Click on the blue 'Connect Arthur' tab > you will be prompted to enter your Arthur Entity ID:

3. Once you input the Arthur Entity ID and click Connect > you will then be prompted to log into your Arthur profile:

4. Once you sign in, you will need to give InventoryBase permission to access your Arthur account > click on the green 'Allow':

5. Once you click on Allow, the page will refresh and you will be redirected back to your InventoryBase account > navigate back to your Integrations page > Arthur integration:

Here you will be able to enable the option to Sync Properties, and choose if you want to Post Actions when the inspection is marked Complete or Closed.

If you want to sync the properties from Arthur back to your InventoryBase account, click on the green 'Sync Properties':
