You have the option to add sample reports to your profile to help guide the transcription team on how you'd like your reports to be typed up when using the transcription service.

  1. On your online dashboard, navigate to the 'Settings' tab > click on 'Transcription'. If you would like to add sample reports to your account, click on 'Manage Samples Reports':

  2. Click on the 'Choose Files' tab and select the sample report(s) that you want to upload:

  3. Once the upload is successfully, the sample document(s) will list at the top of the box under 'Uploaded Sample Reports':

  4. Once you have added all your desired sample reports, you can then click on 'Done'.

    These sample reports will now be available for the transcription team to view and use as a guidance when you submit a report for transcription.

  5. If you need to remove any sample reports from your profile, click on the 'Manage Sample Reports' tab again, and click on the red trash bin icon next to a report to remove it from your profile:
