Key Features: ability to save a customised section, including any default items, as a Preset Block. A simple tap on the 'Add Section' (Room) button picks the preset to then add to your report. And with our Manage function, you can show only the section types you want or use regularly. No need to remember which section has specific functions, colour code and name each Preset to match your report type.

Key Benefits: helps build templates and bespoke reports faster, provides quick access and functionality to your team with customisation and options at their core.

*This feature comes standard with our Enterprise plan; it is available as part of the Advanced Template add-on; contact our Support team to enable this for you.

On your desktop dashboard, navigate to the inspection you need to work on and click on 'Edit Report'. Find the Section/Room that you want to configure > click on the 3 dots to the extreme right of the section:

Once you've customised your section fields and columns, and optionally added some default line items, you can save this block as a Preset to use again in the future.

From the 3-dotted menu, click on 'Save as preset':

The Section/Room will then be saved as a custom preset button. You will be able to add the Preset Section to any report via this button.

To add it to a report, scroll down to the "Add New Section' tab:

You will see your Preset Section saved > click on the Preset Section to add it to your report.

Alternatively using the mobile app, simply tap on the ADD button on the bottom right of your rooms list, and select the preset from the menu.

How to delete a preset section:

  1. Navigate to your Settings tab on your online dashboard > click on Templates:

  2. Choose any template > click on Edit Template > scroll to the bottom of the template editor and click on 'Manage Sections':

  3. Find the Preset that you want to delete, and click on 'Disable':

  4. Once you remove the preset from this template, it will be removed from all the other templates on your account.
