On the App

If you have taken a photo by accident on the app, simply select the unwanted image > Remove

A pop up will then appear asking for you to confirm the image removal. Select Remove Image to remove the photo from the report on your app.

On the Desktop version

In the Edit Report or Uploads tab, click on the image or attachment you would like to delete followed by Delete Attachment

A pop up will then appear asking for you to confirm the attachment removal. Select Delete to confirm the removal

To delete images in bulk, select the image's checkbox on the right hand corner followed by Delete Selected

A pop up will then appear for you to confirm the deletion

If you would like to remove photos added in the Additional Comments section, this can be done in the Uploads tab. Simply follow the steps above on the relevant photo
