InventoryBase enables you to show the initial Inventory or Check-In photos on the Check-Out report for a tenancy. This useful feature helps you maintain a comprehensive record of the property's condition throughout the tenancy, ensuring clarity and accountability during the check-out process.
Note: Comparison photos will only appear with lifecycle reports, i.e., Check In > Check Out; they will not be available on standalone reports.
Please contact our Support team if you do not have access to this feature.
π‘ To ensure this feature works correctly, you must follow the guidelines precisely.
Previous images will only appear as a comparison on the Check-Out report if you retake the images using the app.
