With InventoryBase it is possible to set up your account to automatically remove inspection contacts after a specific period of time after an inspection has been closed and it is also possible to automatically remove inspection contacts after a specific event has taken place, for example, when an Inspection has been closed.

Head over to the Settings tab and scroll down to Data Management to set up your preferences
