InventoryBase's calendar view feature enables you to view and filter all past and upcoming bookings, to help organise your diary. To access the diary, click Inspections and then onto the Calendar tab.

When you first view the calendar, you will see a monthly overview. Click on the Show All Events button to see the inspections for each day.

Along the left hand side, you will find all the ways you can filter the bookings, for example, by inspection type, inspection state, clerk, etc.

You can also click on the Month/Week/Day buttons on the top right to switch the calendar view

Clicking on each booking will take you directly to the info page of the Inspection on InventoryBase, or you can hover over the booking with your mouse to see an overview.
