If you’re experiencing slow performance, unexpected loading errors, or layout issues when using the InventoryBase web portal, clearing your browser cookies and cache may resolve the problem.

When you browse the web, your browser stores information such as site preferences, images, and temporary data. Over time, this data can become outdated or corrupted, affecting system speed and how pages display.

💡 👉 Click here to clear your cookies automatically.

Why Clearing Cookies Helps

Cookies and cache are small files stored by your browser to help websites load faster and remember your settings, such as login details or preferences.

Over time, these files can cause issues if they:

  • Store outdated information from previous sessions

  • Become corrupted or conflict with recent updates

  • Accumulate too much temporary data

Clearing cookies and cache removes this stored data and gives your browser a fresh start. This often resolves login problems, improves performance, and ensures Inventory Base loads the most up-to-date information correctly.

Common Causes of Slowness

Corrupted Cookies

Large Cache Files

Old temporary files may slow browser performance.

Session Data Build-up

Prolonged sessions can create inefficiencies or timeout issues.

External Report Import Failures

Clear Your Cache

Cached files help websites load faster by saving temporary data on your device. However, over time, too much cached data can slow things down or cause display issues.

Clearing your cache can:

  • Free up storage space

  • Improve page loading times

  • Fix display or formatting issues

To clear your cache: Follow the same steps as above, selecting the option for Cached images and files.
