If you’ve accidentally created duplicate property records in Inventory Base, you can merge them into a single property while keeping all reports, notes, uploads, and history intact. This helps keep your property list clean and avoids confusion.

💡 Addresses and all property details must match exactly in order for duplicates to merge successfully.

  1. Under the Properties tab, search for the duplicate properties.

  2. Click on the property record that you want to keep. On the lower-right of the page, click Merge Property.

  3. The system will search for properties with a matching address.

  4. Tick the duplicate property (or properties) you’d like to merge.

  5. The activity will record the merge as this combines reports, notes, uploads, and history into one property record.
