Desktop notifications and sounds keep you informed in real-time without needing to constantly check the system. They alert you to important updates, reminders, or actions required, helping you stay on top of tasks and never miss critical information. This feature enhances productivity by ensuring you respond promptly to key events.
Please ensure that you have configured your device and browser settings to allow desktop notifications.
1. Log into your online dashboard, and click on the Enable Desktop Notifications button:
2. Once enabled, click on the settings cog next to the notifications option:
3. Toggle the notification sounds to On:
4. Choose the notifications you want to be alerted with sound for, and click on Save:
💡If you are the user booking the inspection, you will not receive a notification or sound alert.
5. Any activity that you selected to be notified about will pop us at the bottom right corner of your desktop:
