If a client requests a sample report, you can generate one from an existing report in the system to send to them; either via a web link, or a PDF.

On a completed or closed inspection, 

On the inspection info screen, click the dropdown arrow next to "Complete Inspection" or "Close Inspection" and choose "View as Sample Report"

The address is hidden from the sample so the page can be shared with people, or a PDF can be generated by clicking "PDF".
