Import essential property data from Street.co.uk, including addresses, property types, detachment details, bedrooms, bathrooms, tenure notes, service charge notes, shared ownership notes, geolocation, landlord/owner information, and tenant details.

What does the integration do?

  • Street.uk to Inventory Base

    • Sync properties

    • Sync contacts (tenants, landlords, other stakeholders)

    • Extract property custom field data from Street

  • Inventory Base to Street.co.uk

    • Automatically sync PDF reports (when inspection marked as Complete) back to the Documents' folder in Street.co.uk.

    • The inspection is also available under the Street property as a publicly accessible URL link.

✏️ How to connect your Inventory Base account to Street.co.uk

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab at the top of your online dashboard >> click on 'Integrations':

  2. Scroll down to the Workflow integration options and you will see the Street.co.uk integration. Click on the blue 'Connect Street':

  3. To complete the connection, you will need to paste the API token from your Street.co.uk account. The popup explains how to obtain the API token:
