Display Contacts on Report Cover

You can now display the name(s) of the contacts, i.e., the landlord or tenant, of an inspection on the front cover of the report.

Prominently showcase your contact information on inspection report cover pages. This enhances professionalism, improves communication by making it easier for recipients to find contact details, and adds a personal touch to reports.

๐Ÿ’ก Only the name of the Contact(s) will appear on the front cover of the report; no other details (email address, contact number, etc.) will appear when this setting is enabled.


โœ๏ธ How to display the contact(s) name for all reports:

  1. Navigate to your Settings at the top of your online dashboard > click on Reports > go to the "Layout and Cover Page" option.

  2. You can tick the box of which contact you'd like to display on the front cover of all reports.

Here is the list of Contacts you can choose to display on your front cover:

Tenant(s)

Landlord(s)

Contract Holder(s)

Agent(s)

Witness(s)

Clerk(s)

Other(s)

Assessor(s)

Architect(s)

Site Manager(s)

Main Contractor(s)

Buyer/Specifier(s)

3. Navigate to your report and click on Preview/View Report > you will now see the Contact(s) names displayed on the front cover:


โœ๏ธ How to display the contact(s) names on specific reports:

  1. On your online dashboard, navigate to the Inspections tab at the top and find the inspection you need to work on > navigate to the info page of the inspection > click on that inspections' Settings:

2. You can tick the box of which contact - either tenant(s) or landlord(s) - you'd like to display on the front cover of that specific report:

3. Navigate to your report and click on Preview/View Report > you will now see the Contact(s) names displayed on the front cover:
