How to update email notifications for one of your users or bulk update email settings for all clerks

Please note that additional team users can only be created on the Team and Enterprise Plans

Updating user's email settings individually


Once you have added the user you can update their details at any time. Click Team on the top menu, and select on the user whose email settings you wish to amend.

From here, click on the emails tab. You will be able to amend the email notifications you wish for them to receive here.

Updating team's email settings in bulk

Navigate to the Team page from the top menu, followed by the Emails tab. Here you can amend the email notifications for all clerks.
