Add internal tags to properties, allowing you to search and filter properties or inspections by custom keywords. Tags can be used to indicate status, log events to the audit trail, or share useful notes with your team.

❗Tags are only visible to logged-in team members—clients and external users will not see them.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to the Settings tab at the top of your online dashboard.

2. Under General Settings, scroll down to the Tags section.

Here, you can toggle Show Tag Colours to display tag colours on your lists and calendars.

3. Click on Manage Tags and begin to add your tags to your list.

Assigning Colours To Tags

Tag colours help visually organise your data. Assign specific colours to tags for quicker identification across your property and inspection lists, making it easier to spot important details at a glance.

1. Click on the White Box next to the tag to edit the colour.

2. Choose a colour from the colors provided, or alternatively add the Hex Colour Code to match your brand ID.

3. You can also rearrange the tags to display in your preferred order. Simply click and hold the three lines next to a tag, then drag it to your desired position in the list.

Adding Tags to Properties

Tags can be added directly to properties to help categorise, filter, and track them. Whether you're flagging property status, location, or internal notes, tagging streamlines your workflow and improves team visibility.

1. To tag a property, go to the property's Info tab and click Manage next to the Tags section.

2. Add your tags from the list, and click on Update Tags.

3. The system automatically logs any tags added or removed from a property in the property's Activity Trail.

4. Under the Properties tab, use the Filter option to search for properties by tag.

Adding Tags to Inspections

You can also apply tags to inspections, using the same tagging functionality as with properties. This allows you to easily filter and organise inspections based on status, priority, or any custom workflow your team uses—making it quicker to find what you need and stay on top of your tasks.

1. When creating a new inspection, you'll find the Tags option at the bottom of the page.

Use the dropdown menu to select and apply relevant tags before finalising the inspection.

2. To add a tag to an existing inspection, go to the inspection’s Info tab and scroll down to Inspection Tags.

3. Click the pencil icon next to the tag section to add existing tags or create a new one by typing into the field.

4. Under the Inspections tab, use the Filter option to search for inspections by tag.
